Plant Administrator – Castlebar, Co. Mayo
Due to continued growth and new projects, we have an excellent opportunity for a Plant Administrator to join our team based full-time at our Castlebar Head Office.
We are a leading civil engineering company operating across Ireland. Our Plant Department supports large-scale construction projects nationwide, and this role plays a key part in keeping operations efficient and compliant.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and other departments.

Manage and maintain electronic records, inspection sheets, and compliance forms.

Process purchase orders, fuel cards, invoices, and monthly cost reports.

Coordinate vehicle and plant maintenance schedules and occupational health appointments.

Support HR with onboarding and plant/vehicle assignment for new hires.

Ensure communication systems and records are accurate and up to date.

Assist with compliance tracking and documentation for internal audits.
Candidate Requirements

2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or plant/fleet coordination role.

Experience in construction or civil engineering administration is an advantage.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong IT proficiency (Sage, Sicon, or GoCodes desirable).

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach.
