We are seeking to recruit an Enfineering Office Manager on behalf of our client, who are a well established business in Co. Mayo.

Requirements:

  • Confident, articulate, and organized person with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Hard working, ambitious and receptive to learning new skills.
  • Approachable and helpful with a can-do attitude.
  • Has a great personality that people instantly warm to.
  • Knowledge within the engineering  industry is beneficial but is not essential

Responsibilities:

  •  Weekly payroll and related activities
  • Maintaining and updating company  records
  • Job planning within a team
  • Building business relationships with suppliers as part of purchasing
  • Organising meetings with customers and suppliers
  • Replying to customer enquiries
  • Stock ordering and replenishment.
  • VAT returns
  • Diary management for 5 members of staff
