Overview
Seeking a Quality Analyst to help us meet our Customer data accuracy and reliability requirements that in turn support our revenue growth objectives.
The role will support the day-to-day operations of the business as well as helping build solutions that deliver actionable, trustworthy insights.
You will work with our Quality Lead to help design innovative solutions that help our raters provide the highest quality of data.
The role will support the day to day operations of the business with solutions that deliver actionable, trustworthy insights and drive data innovation across the Customer enterprise in a secure and reliable way.
Role Responsibilities: Meaning you will be expected to:
- Provide meaningful feedback to our community of raters on complex map evaluation tasks that impact data quality.
- Present webinars to help our community perform to their potential.
- Get hands-on with internal and external datasets to help generate insights.
- Respond to queries from our community in a timely and comprehensive manner.
- Effectively plan and collaborate with a global team of data moderators to best help boost their productivity and engagement
- Communicate data-driven results and recommendations clearly to technical and non- technical
- Always be mindful of the company data security and privacy policies and procedures. Being responsible when using the company platforms, systems and apps is expected.
Technical Requirements:
- A. or B.S. degree with a quantitative focus on Mathematics, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional experience, with a background in end to end project management and/or operations
- 1+ years experience in using excel (look ups, pivot tables) with PowerBI a bonus
