Overview
The Customer Service Representative will handle any phone call or email that is received. Calls/Emails will range from simple inquiries and orders to more complex customer account inquiries. Each inquiry will be handled with the same professionalism and enthusiasm as the first and assessing each inquiry individually, effectively, and accurately. The expectations for the representatives are to function independently, learn quickly and handle each situation presented to the best of their ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:
- Input email/phone orders and relative data into JD Edwards ERP System.
- Make needed changes to orders based on customer needs or requests.
- Receive, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, products and complaints.
- Issue RGA’s – Returned Goods Authorization
- Answer customer’s concerns regarding orders, returns, shipments and products.
- Handle all customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Report customer feedback information, when necessary, to the appropriate personnel/department.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year’s customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills. Good grammar, voice, and diction
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to Multi-Task.
- Basic supply chain or logistics preferred.
- JD Edwards / AS400 / Any ERP experience nice to have
