Overview

We are currently seeking to recruit a Construction Administrator in Ballina, Co. Mayo

Responsibilities: 

  • General office management
  • Handle enquiries over the phone / email.
  • Maintaining relevant paperwork
  • Document Control
  • Support in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day business
  • Completing reports
  • Conducting tenders and sustainability surveys
  • Managing the companies online presence

Requirements:

  • 3 + years relevant experience
  • Experience is the construction industry is desirable but not essential
  • Computer literate with Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office Suite i.e. Excel, Word etc
  • Strong Interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong typing skills
  • Experience with tenders and report writing a distinct advantage, but not essential.

Conditions:

  • Fully onsite
  • Working hours of 09:00am- 05:30pm Monday – Friday
