Overview
We are currently seeking to recruit a Construction Administrator in Ballina, Co. Mayo
Responsibilities:
- General office management
- Handle enquiries over the phone / email.
- Maintaining relevant paperwork
- Document Control
- Support in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day business
- Completing reports
- Conducting tenders and sustainability surveys
- Managing the companies online presence
Requirements:
- 3 + years relevant experience
- Experience is the construction industry is desirable but not essential
- Computer literate with Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office Suite i.e. Excel, Word etc
- Strong Interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Strong typing skills
- Experience with tenders and report writing a distinct advantage, but not essential.
Conditions:
- Fully onsite
- Working hours of 09:00am- 05:30pm Monday – Friday
