Our client is currently seeking a reliable and highly organised Administrator / Receptionist to support daily operations within a busy construction environment across multiple sites in County Mayo, including Castlebar, Ballina, Westport, Swinford, Foxford and Charlestown.

Key Responsibilities

Provide front-of-house reception support, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner

Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases

Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating diaries, and organising site documentation

Support project teams with administrative tasks as required

Ensure office supplies are stocked and general reception areas remain presentable

Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
-
Previous experience in an administrative or reception role

Construction industry experience is a distinct advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems

Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently

Flexible and adaptable to support multiple locations if required
