Overview
We are seeking to recruit an Accountant in Co. Mayo
The role will support the Financial Controller and will be supported by an Accounts Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare & review of year-end financial statements.
- Monthly management accounts
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Credit control
- Bank and Payment Provider Reconciliations
- Data entry on Accounts packages
- Payroll processing
- Cost Analysis
- VAT ROI
- Weekly and monthly planning & reports
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant
- 2-5 years experience in a similar role
- A self-starter who is a team player as well as being able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Experience using Sage and Micropay is beneficial
