Site Manager required for our client in Louth.

As a Site Manager, you will:

  • Guide your site team from conception to completion
  • Liaise with clients and professional staff to report progress
  • Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff
  • Ensure all HSEQ, and other on-site policies and procedures are correctly followed

Key requirements:

  • Extensive experience with a building or main contractor
  • Experience working on large projects
  • Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software.
  • Min 5-years experience in similar role
  • Rail experience preferred but not essential
