We are seeking to recruit an Administrator on behalf our client in Co. Longford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Data Inputting in company system
  • Preparing payroll
  • Invoicing
  • Comply and submit monthly reports
  • Operating various Software packages

Key Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience in an administration role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • IT and typing skills

Additional Information

Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
