Overview
We are seeking to recruit an Administrator on behalf our client in Co. Longford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Data Inputting in company system
- Preparing payroll
- Invoicing
- Comply and submit monthly reports
- Operating various Software packages
Key Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in an administration role
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- IT and typing skills
Additional Information
Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
