Overview
The person appointed to the role will be required to work three hours per day Monday to Friday from 12pm until 3pm. You will report to the Branch Manager and will be primarily accountable for carrying out a range of cash and administrative duties. Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries will also form part of the role.
Qualifications:
- APA certification is essential.
- Strong focus on teamwork and collaboration to achieve results
- Experience of providing high quality service to customers
- Ability to maintain a positive, professional and empathetic tone in all dealings with members of the public
- Flexibility and enthusiasm around the overall service provision
- Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of the importance of working as part of a team
- Experience in the mortgage lending area would be an advantage but is not essential and relevant training will be provided
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers courteously when they visit the branch or on the phone and professionally deal with any queries and requirements they may have
- Process a range of transactions at the counter in a timely and professional manner
- Run reports at the agreed frequency and perform reconciliations as required
- Balance cash on a daily basis in line with policy
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and legislation requirements in all customer interactions.
- Work within all policies and procedures
