Overview

Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Car Sales Executive based in Castlebar, Co. Mayo.

Experience in Car Sales with a proven track record of selling new & used vehicles is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities for the role will include:

  • To sell new and used vehicles .
  • Work in a Team Environment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service & satisfaction.
  • Ability to appraise trade in cars accurately.
  • Ability to handover New & Used Cars to customers in correct manner and ensure total customer satisfaction with handover.
  • Maintain an excellent customer rapport to ensure further repeat business and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors.
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met, if not exceeded.
  • Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with proficiently
  • Using various sources, prospect for new and used car customers on a regular basis to create additional sales opportunities
  • Through the effective use of a follow up process, maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.

Skills:

  • Previous sales experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Be proactive, target orientated.
  • Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
  • Possess good administration and IT skills.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Smart, professional appearance.
  • Hold a full, valid, and current driving license.

Hours of work are 5 days per week Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm, with one assigned day off during the work week
