We are seeking to recruit an Office Manager on behalf of our client, who are a well established business in Co. Mayo.

Requirements
- Confident, articulate, and organized person with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Hard working, ambitious and receptive to learning new skills.
- Approachable and helpful with a can-do attitude.
- Has a great personality that people instantly warm to.
- Knowledge within the engineering industry is beneficial but is not essential
Responsibilities
- Weekly payroll and related activities
- Maintaining and updating company records
- Job planning within a team
- Building business relationships with suppliers as part of purchasing
- Organising meetings with customers and suppliers
- Replying to customer enquiries
- Stock ordering and replenishment.
- VAT returns
- Diary management for 5 members of staff
