We have an exciting new role for a Marketing Graduate to join a successful company as a Marketing & Admin Coordinator in Castlebar, Co. Mayo

 

Responsibilities/core tasks of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in developing/updating and management of marketing materials including letterhead, brochures, posters, flyers, e-newsletters etc.
  • Develop marketing strategies for website, social media, tradeshows etc.
  • Assist with website update and manage social media accounts
  • Assist with set up for trade shows and demonstrate the quality of our business and products
  • Assist with preparation of quotations and price lists
  • Manage relationships with clients and key accounts and report status to the management team
  • Dealing with customer requests effectively and ensuring requirements are executed throughout the organisation
  • Entering customer orders accurately to the production and supply chain system for action
  • Manage customer order schedule and regularly update client on delivery status
  • Collecting performance data to prepare metrics for customer orders
  • Preparing datasheets and promotional catalogues for customers
  • Prepare documentation and paperwork for global shipments
  • Work with procurement to coordinate freight and logistics companies to fit with collection schedules
  • Comply with standard operating procedures and work systems
  • Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
  • Ad hoc administrative duties
  • Demonstrate superior time management skills to meet sales deadlines
  • Market Research
  • Understand and apply with our QEHS policies statement in all aspects of your work
  • Contribute towards achieving company objectives that are of relevance to your work

Requirements:

  • Graduate or 1+ years’ experience in similar role.
  • Qualification in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Good communication and organisation skills.
