We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our busy team in Castlebar. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in positions such as production operative, warehouse operative, machine operator, general operative, or factory worker.

You will be part of a hands-on team, supporting daily operations in production, packing, and logistics. If you’re a team player with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery, tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently

• Assemble, package, and label goods as part of the production line

• Load/unload materials and manage stock movement within the warehouse

• Inspect products for quality and report defects

• Maintain a clean and organised work area in both the factory and warehouse

• Comply with all health and safety procedures

• Work closely with team leaders and other manufacturing operatives to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a production operative, warehouse operative, machine operator, or assembly line worker is an advantage

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

• Punctual, dependable, and flexible to meet production needs

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
