Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the growth of the business through the execution of the Company’s strategic digital marketing plan, across all locations. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns. The candidate should also have experience of branding and product launches including exhibitions and marketing campaigns.

 

Desirable Knowledge, Skills, Capabilities:

· Knowledge of a manufacturing industry or experience in marketing of home appliances would be an advantage

· Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital user journeys that engage, inform and motivate

· Experienced with HubSpot CRM a key advantage

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the development and delivery of the company’s evolving digital marketing strategy across all locations

· Search Engine Optimisation

· Manage the company websites, content, and the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, to promote commercial products and services with a strong focus on managing our brand

· Work closely with the Sales team and Marketing team on professional execution of product launches, store visibility, trade shows, conferences and generating social media content from these

· Manage the digital channels and campaign performance with the view to optimising results, using research, data driven analytics and smart technology

· Manage company targeted marketing and lead generation activities

 

Skills and Experience:

· 3+ years of Brand and Digital Marketing experience

· Experience with web content management systems and SEO. HTML experience would be an advantage

· Experience planning, managing and executing Brand Marketing campaigns

· Experience with digital marketing, including social media management and influencer marketing

· Export Marketing experience would be an advantage

· Experience managing web and digital agencies is an advantage
