Project Manager
📍 Locations:
Galway, Mayo, Westmeath, Meath, Longford, Roscommon, Offaly, Wicklow & Kilkenny
(Hybrid / Site-Based – Project Dependent)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a multidisciplinary project delivery team working across Galway, Mayo and a wider regional footprint including the Midlands, West and South-East.
This role involves managing projects from early concept through to completion, with a strong emphasis on transparent reporting, clear governance and client-focused delivery.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of assigned projects, acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. You will manage evolving requirements using an agile project management approach, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Lead client consultations to define project scope and brief

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and requirements workshops

Establish project objectives, benefits, deliverables and KPIs

Develop and manage project programmes and milestone schedules

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
-
Manage cost control, variations and change management
-
Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
-
Ensure compliance with planning, statutory and regulatory requirements

Oversee BCAR execution and compliance
-
Coordinate DAC, fire engineering and insurer compliance
-
Implement Safety, Health & Welfare and PSDP services
-
Prepare and issue clear reports on project progress, cost and change

Requirements
-
Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or similar

Proven experience delivering projects in Ireland

Strong understanding of BCAR, planning and statutory compliance

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong organisational and reporting capability

Full driver’s licence
