A leading logistics company in County Mayo is seeking an experienced Warehouse / Logistics Manager to oversee the efficient operation of its warehouse facility. This is a permanent, full-time role suitable for a motivated individual with strong experience in warehouse and logistics management.
Key Duties Include:
- Managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Implementing streamlined warehouse procedures to boost productivity
- Managing stock control and ensuring inventory accuracy
- Maintaining health and safety compliance across the site
- Leading and mentoring a team of warehouse operatives
- Working closely with external logistics partners and internal departments
- Monitoring warehouse KPIs and reporting performance
Candidate Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in warehouse operations and inventory systems
- Valid Manual Handling Certificate
- Counterbalance Forklift Certificate (desirable)
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations
