Job Description:

A leading logistics company in County Mayo is seeking an experienced Warehouse / Logistics Manager to oversee the efficient operation of its warehouse facility. This is a permanent, full-time role suitable for a motivated individual with strong experience in warehouse and logistics management.

Key Duties Include:

  • Managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment
  • Implementing streamlined warehouse procedures to boost productivity
  • Managing stock control and ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Maintaining health and safety compliance across the site
  • Leading and mentoring a team of warehouse operatives
  • Working closely with external logistics partners and internal departments
  • Monitoring warehouse KPIs and reporting performance

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in warehouse operations and inventory systems
  • Valid Manual Handling Certificate
  • Counterbalance Forklift Certificate (desirable)
  • Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations
