Office Administrator (Mayo)
We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator for a busy office environment in Mayo. This full-time, office-based role offers an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to work in a supportive and fast-paced setting.
While not essential, experience in a medical or clinical office is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
Role Overview:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for the smooth running of daily administrative tasks, supporting both operational and clinical staff, and ensuring high levels of accuracy in data management and communication.
Key Duties:
Front-of-house reception and handling of incoming calls and emails
Diary and appointment management
Maintenance of patient and office records
General office tasks including filing, scanning, ordering supplies
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Supporting compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems
Professional and personable communication style
Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a distinct advantage
