Overview
We have an opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our clients team based in Co. Mayo. We are seeking applications from experienced and communicative professionals who would like to join one of Ireland’s leading Civil Engineering companies. Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Duties:
- Answering phones and monitoring emails.
- Meet & greet visitors.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Organising incoming and outgoing post.
- Data entry using Excel.
- Assisting Office Manager with ad hoc duties.
Key Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role within an office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is essential.
- Detail orientated with excellent organisational skills.
- Must be a team player and have initiative to work individually.
- Must be proficient in English language both verbal and written.
