We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our clients team in County Louth

Description:

  • Overall day-to-day management of Project and Site Team
  • Representation at Client Progress Meetings
  • Co-ordination of specialist sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Co-ordination and management of information flow with Client and Design Team:
  • RFIs
  • Technical Submittals
  • Programme management – Agreeing work sequencing with Client and reporting progress
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations and procedures
  • Recording and reporting of commercial issues to Project QS
  • Quality control and BCAR documentation

Requirements:

  • Min 10-years experience in similar role
  • Rail experience preferred but not essential
