Founded in 2002 on Market Square Castlebar, Arcon originally began with two staff members, Managing Director Sylvester Jennings and Recruitment Consultant Dawn Duffy (Latto). 20 years later, the Arcon Recruitment team has grown significantly and are currently based in Breaffy Road Retail Park. Over the last 20 years, Arcon have built a reputation as experts in the recruitment field. The company has received many accolades for the quality of service provided to candidates and clients. Arcon Recruitment has also been commended by Mayo Chamber of Commerce and was the first-ever recipient of their “Best New Business” Award.
