Overview
We are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator on behalf of our successful client, based in North Mayo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the office
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Filing relevant documentation
- Assisting in weighbridge administration
- Data inputting
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent initiative and ability to manage workload
Salary: 28-30k (pro rata)
Working hours: negotiable
