Overview

We are seeking an Aftersales Executive on behalf of our client due to continued success they are seeking to appoint a driven enthusiastic and energetic individual.

Key duties and responsibilities to include:

• Meet and greet customer dealing with a busy aftersales department
• Recording and inputting of customer details into Dealer Management System
• Accurately record customer description of repairs to be carried out on the vehicle for the Technicians
• Liaise with workshop and parts departments to schedule works
• To review Vehicle Health Checks and communicate with the customer to obtain authorisation for additional repairs.
• Completion of invoicing and explain VHC on vehicle collection.
