We are recruiting for a  Customer Relations Executive, on a 12 month contract.

This role is based in South Leitrim & is commutable from parts of Sligo, Cavan, Leitrim, Roscommon and Mayo.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or equivalent qualification
  • Third Level qualification in Business or equivalent plus 5 years relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of degree qualification
  • Min 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Professional and knowledgeable with ability to develop strong relationships with customers and potential customers.
  • Ability to organise, manage, and communicate across all levels and functions Motivated and Self-starting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing, fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Play an integral role in the business by leading the customer service team to provide first class customer service to their customers.
  • Creating quotations and communicate with internal and external customers
  • Take responsibility for improving and maintaining customer satisfaction and the identification of process improvements to retain and maximise revenue.
  • Responsible for leadership and execution of the responsibilities within the team.
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver a level of service that exceeds client’s expectations
  • Ensuring compliance with budgets and plans.
  • Monitor performance, provide coaching and mentoring where appropriate
  • Develop and maintain customer satisfaction measurement metrics
  • Customer Order to fulfilment process; includes logging on sales orders. Confirming delivery dates and sending order acknowledgement.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and be able to communicate clearly both written and oral.
  • Management of a suitable CRM when implemented
  • Creating quotations and Customer Order to fulfilment process;
  • Follow up on leads generated from Trade Shows and develop resulting business opportunities.
  • Adhere to Plant Safety requirements and Health & Safety requirements relating to your work, assuming responsibility for those aspects of the OH&S System over which you have control to ensure the health and safety of yourself and others.
