Overview
We have a new position opened up for a Receptionist/Administrator in Castlebar, Co Mayo
Requirements:
- Greeting & welcoming visitors/staff in a professional and polite manner
- Maintaining documents, records and archives
- Operation of telephone switchboard in a professional manager
- Supporting the administration & front office team with various tasks
- Liaising with project sites nationwide and assisting with their requests
- Other ad-hoc duties as required e.g., Printing, binding etc.
- Manning our busy reception area.
- Data entry and analysis
- General office administration duties.
Requirements:
- Professional, proactive, organised approach with ‘can do’ attitude.
- Experience in the construction industry would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with changing deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent level of attention to detail and organisation.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
Salary: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pmm
