Overview
Our Client a Medical Device Company has an open position for a Team Technician at our Sligo site.
They are looking for a motivated, driven individual for the role, this is a full-time position, day shift only, and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work within the medical device industry.
Objective:
The purpose of this role is to carry out service and repairs to electromechanical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair of electro-mechanical devices in accordance with issued SOP’s
- Ensure ongoing production targets and goals are met
- Actively participate in lean initiatives and continuous improvements in the production process and within the plant
- Adhere to any GMP requirements in relation to the production process
- Operate in accordance with EHS legislative and corporate requirements
- Assist Engineering / Quality support teams in relation to any issues
- Complete DHR, Oracle information as required
- Work on special projects as they may arise
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the repair manager
Required Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic and commitment.
- Good communication skills
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 6 educational degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience
- Computer Literate
- Previous experience working in a regulated environment
