Overview
Our Client based in Sligo is looking for a Cad Technician for their Operation. Candidates with experience detailing Residential developments and Domestics an advantage.
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D and 3D modelling of pipework
- Knowledge/experience of BIM/Revit desired but not essential
- Task orientated and results focused
- Aptitude for problem solving
- Be highly driven
- Have excellent data processing, interpretation, report writing and communications skills
- Have a good working knowledge of the engineering, surveying and SUE industries
Key Accountabilities
- Undertake process workflow development
- Draught survey drawings
- Mentor junior/ graduate CAD technicians
- Implement templates and standards
- Implement client value proposition
- Meet with clients and attend relevant project meetings to discuss survey deliverables
- Develop commercial objectives and strategy, in collaboration with the sales team
