Overview

We are seeking to recruit General Operatives on Night Shift based in Castlebar Co. Mayo 

Must be available to work the following hours: Sunday 11pm to 6am, Monday to Thursday 10pm to 6am

Responsibilities: 

• Run miniature folding machines & outsert folding machines e.g., Vijuk
• Work with various glue systems across folding machines
• Run large format section folding machines
• Operate various format folding machines including set up and running the machine
• Package & label Jobs for dispatch
• Follow quality procedures & SOP’s – perform quality checks throughout runs
• Complete maintenance of the machines and perform scheduled PMs on machines to ensure optimum performance
• Complete machine set ups and changeovers
• Complete machine troubleshooting and resolve issues where possible

Requirements: 

• Similar experience desirable but not essential
• Must possess the ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Ability to make and read measurements
• Ability to read, understand and carry out written instructions Aims & Culture
