General Operative

Overview

Our client, an established manufacturer, is seeking to recruit a General Operative to join their team, based in Co. Mayo.

Key Responsibilities: 

This is a varied role which will involve working in three key areas of the business:

1. Quality Coordination:  responsible for the management of the quality management system to GMP (ISO 22716) on a daily basis, supporting our Quality Control Manager
2. Administration: supporting operations with pricing & sourcing of raw materials & finished goods, supporting our Operations Manager
3. Marketing: managing email marketing campaigns and social media, writing product blogs,  public relations – organising samples to be sent to stores and influencers, supporting our Marketing Manager.

Key Requirements: 

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Adaptable, hard-working and eager
• ‘Can do’ attitude
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite is beneficial
