Our client is seeking an Agricultural Customer Service Representative in Co. Mayo

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide a level of support to our customer base consistent with our existing customer service standards
  • Carry a detailed knowledge of the product range offered by the company
  • Assist customers in placing orders in an effective and timely manner
  • Sell the technical features and benefits of the company’s range of component products
  • Provide technical support to customers and sales personnel

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience working in a customer focused role is beneficial i.e. customer service/sales administration
  • 3rd Level Agricultural based qualification is desired but not essential. Other related degrees will be considered i.e. commerce, business etc
  • An interest or experience in agriculture is strongly beneficial
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Knowledge of modern IT operating systems
  • Customer orientated experience is desired, but a strong agricultural knowledge will also be considered
