Overview

Our client is seeking to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their accounts department based in their European headquarters in Westport, Co. Mayo.

This is an initial 12 month contract, with a possibility for extension

Key Responsibilities 

  • Reviewing and verifying invoices
  • Sorting, coding and matching stock invoices
  • Ensuring all documentation is correctly filed

Key Requirements 

  • Degree qualified in Business Studies/Accounting, or Accounting Technician qualification
  • 2 – 3 years general accounts experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • An eye for detail
