Overview
Our client is seeking to recruit a Graduate HR Administrator to join their team on a short term contract, based in Ballina.
This is a great opportunity for a HR Graduate to gain experience within a busy HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the onboarding of new starters from issuing contract to collating starting documentation, hiring onto HRIS system and in payroll.
- Ensure all HR record-keeping and filing is maintained to meet all legislative and policy requirements
- Provide relevant administrative support as required
- Maintenance of HR files ensuring accuracy of all documentation
- Maintain the onboarding process
- Act as general PA to Managing Director
Key Requirements
- Third level degree in Human Resources/Business Studies or other related disciplines.
- Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with
- Confidentiality of information essential
- Ability to use own initiative and solve problems
- Energetic, enthusiastic and hungry to learn
- Experience across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
