Overview

Our client is seeking to recruit a Graduate HR Administrator to join their team on a short term contract, based in Ballina.

This is a great opportunity for a HR Graduate to gain experience within a busy HR department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the onboarding of new starters from issuing contract to collating starting documentation, hiring onto HRIS system and in payroll.
  • Ensure all HR record-keeping and filing is maintained to meet all legislative and policy requirements
  • Provide relevant administrative support as required
  • Maintenance of HR files ensuring accuracy of all documentation
  • Maintain the onboarding process
  • Act as general PA to Managing Director

Key Requirements  

  • Third level degree in Human Resources/Business Studies or other related disciplines.
  • Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with
  • Confidentiality of information essential
  • Ability to use own initiative and solve problems
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and hungry to learn
  • Experience across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
