Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant on behalf of our award winning client in Co. Galway
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with month end close and delivery in accordance with group deadlines
- Maintain select Balance Sheet accounts, including, but not limited to; inter-company reconciliations, accrual listings, prepayment listings
- Prepare audit schedules and roll forward of audit files
- Liaise with external auditors
- Monthly/Weekly accounting duties for all trading entities
- Ad hoc reporting as required
Key Requirements:
- You should be a qualified or part qualified accountant with 3+ years PQE.
- Have experience working within the Construction sector
- Experience of ERP systems, SAP would be an advantage.
- Highly developed communications capability
- Cross function relations development
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Experience in accounts preparation, analysis and reconciliation
- Deadline driven with attention to details

- Monday to Friday 08.30 am to 17.00 pm 39-hour working week, finishing early on Fridays 08.30 am to 16.00 pm.
